情况出现情景：

报错了，说：变量’max_allowed_packet’是只读的。使用SET GLOBAL分配值

解决方案：

SET GLOBAL max_allowed_packet=16*1024*1024

成功了。

第一种办法不行，就用第二种。第二种不行就用第一种。
