最新jQuery引用google地址外部文件(jquery 1.2.6至jquery1.7.2)

鉴于google不能打开，推荐使用bootsprap的CDN

其他：http://www.bootcdn.cn/

ps：CDN默认没有http: 开头，没有服务器的需要加上，不然找不到路径。
