How to Prolong the Service Life of Cone Crusher

Cone crusher is used for the fine crushing of hard materials, like granite, cobble, basalt, iron ore, etc. Because the crushed rocks are hard, after long term working, the cone crusher will appear problems, and then influence the service life of crusher. How to prolong the service life of cone crusher to get the optimal working efficiency?

1. Check lubrication system, crushing area, calibrate belt's tension degree, and tighten all screws before start-up the dahua cone crusher.
2. Check working condition of lubrication system after the oil pump run 5-10 minutes, if no problem appears can start the main motor.
3. Feed materials after cone crusher no load running 1-2 minutes. Please pay more attention to the feed situation to prevent the ore that contains more mud and water block the feed inlet. Also check the discharge situation, it is not allowed to pile ore in the closed space.
4. Firstly stop feed, then stop the main motor after the crushed ore are completely discharged out. Finally stop oil pump motor, check each parts of cone crusher.
